Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, as well as in the event that the exercise of his/her rights is not satisfied.
